A Home Record, not a receipt.

Every task, photographed before and after, with the part used and when it's due again. It stays with the house, which buyers and insurers both like to see.

We sold the house in March. The buyer's inspector asked for maintenance history and we sent him four years of records. He said he'd never seen that before.

    Questions we get most.

    What happens at the assessment?

A 60 to 90 minute walk-through of the house with the technician who'd be assigned to you. You get a written baseline and a recommended plan. It's $95, credited to your first month if you join.

What if a visit finds something bigger?

We photograph it and send a written quote. Nothing is done without your approval. If it's licensed work, like electrical panels or gas lines, we refer you to a contractor we've vetted.

    Do unused hours roll over?

Up to one visit's worth, for one visit. It stops plans from turning into a debt you feel you owe us.

Can I book one-off repairs without a plan?

Yes, at $105 an hour with a two-hour minimum. Plan members book at $85 and get priority scheduling.
